Mms not working

I have been having problems with MMS I can't send or receive them anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this

Starting with the simplest troubleshooting.

Go to Settings>Messages>check to see if MMS Messaging and Send as SMS are enabled.

If it is then check if Data Roaming is enabled.

In order to send/receive MMS your DATA has to be ON even though data allowance will not be used (affected).
Try it...
