Missing CS_Agent

Are you sure there're CS_Agents here. I sent tickets and private messages many times. But didn't receive any Response.

@Paulzhao , are you able to sign into your account? If you can you can do a SIM Card swap there.

Once you have a new SIM, follow these steps to update the SIM number associated with your account:

Log in to the Public Mobile app  (select + symbol on bottom left) or My Account (click  >  symbol on bottom left)

  1. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab
  2. Select the pencil icon next to your current SIM number
  3. Enter your the 16-digit code of your new SIM
  4. Select ‘Save Changes’

I know, it can be frustrating. Please be patient a little while longer. They always ask questions to verify it’s your account. Tell them you need them to do a SIM Card swap for you & get the account working!

@Paulzhao , it could have been just timing! Happy you received a response back when another never did after 3 days of trying!

They do take some time to respond back give them 24 hours. Usually alot faster but give em time haha. There here and ready to help
