Missing $6 worth of Loyalty Reward

Hello 🙂

I joined Public Mobile on November 29, so almost 19 months ago. I just checked my rewards and noticed I only have $1 in Loyalty Rewards. I am confused though, shouldn’t I be at $6-7? 

What’s going on and who can I contact about this... 😞

That doesn't make sense because you said you've been here for 19 months so how would that be $6 to $7? Anyways, max loyalty of $5 each 30 days and only after 5 years.

The loyalty reward is one dollar a month at the end of the month after your first year, starting after your first year.

Once you get to 1 year of loyalty you DO get $1 off every month but it is used up each month helping to pay your monthly bill. Then at two years loyalty you begin receiving $2 every month.
