Missed a porting SMS

My wife and I ported in to Public mobile today. I sucessfully responsed to a porting SMS, but my wife missed to respond to it. And now the connection is not working.

Can you resend the porting SMS?

I filed a tciket instead of my wife since her mobile plan is not working like no sms and no calling.

there has been no response from cs team.

I couldn't reach the porting team. And I left messagw to PM. I hope to get the solution as soon as possible.

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
