Mexico calls

using 001 in front of the canadian area code and number having a lot of problems with connections. Have tried Public’s suggestion of restarting phone and turning airplane mode off an on and leaving off. Which worked for on Call only.

tried this process again however still not getting through to Canadian numbers. Any suggestions??

Your cell should connect automatically to the better of AT&T, Telcel or Movistar while in Mexico.

try dialing +1 - area code - number. That seems to work for me to call most any Canada or US number from Mexico.
