Message from PM

Today, my wife phone keeps getting message from PM about her data is exhausted, your based plan has expired, you are roaming on a partner network in the USA, you phone has been reported lost or stolen, and your account has been suspended due to fraudulent activity, etc.

I just signed in PM account, and her payment was done in Feb 13, and her next payment is May 13, and she's on the $120/90 days 12 GB plan.  A in the last few weeks, she just used less a GB since Feb 13.

Does anyone here know what's going on?

@Mary_M could you please connect with @tqlam to look into this?  It sounds like there may be an account glitch with his wife's account that's leading to these erroneous notifications.

I notice that SMS from PM comes from 100 and 611.  If the source is anything other than that, it is probably spam.  I susopect the sender ID can be spoofed.  It is best to cross check with actual account status.

How do you know the texts came from PM and not a fake one? Does the text have a link in it?

If your PM self-serve account looks okay, and there is no interruption in your services, then the messages are probably just glitches. Otherwise, if you see anything that's not as it should be, or if you're worried, I would suggest sending a message to a moderator with the phone number involved to inquire why your wife is getting those messages. How to contact moderators:
