Hello I am new with Public mobile and have a problem with my phone or my mailbox.
My wife left me a massage on my mailbox.
My cellphone shows me there is a message in my mailbox and should call 705 780 4001.
I call my mailbox but there is nothing in my mailbox.
So I cannot delet a message.
My phone still shows there is a message.
I hope that someone can help me.

My problem is solved .
I tried it again and
this time I was asked to set up my mailbox with a password.
I am using this service since a week .

Try restarting your phone. Do you still see the same message?
Btw have you already setup your voicemail?

And try it again. Ask you wife (or anyone) to call and leave another message.

@lgubischAre you porting from another provider? Maybe your wife left a message on the voice mailbox on your previous provider?
