Hi my name is Nguyet. I made a payment but my phone can not recieve calls or even make calls. It kept saying that i dont have long distance when im trying to call locally. I also try to set my new password but cant recieve mail from public mobile hours later and by the time i do it expires.

hi was your plan expired? have you tried rebooting?
for password issues you need to contact the mods as the feature doesnt work. if powercycling doesnt fix the issue then ask the mods to look into your account as well.
