I have the $25 talk and data plan with automatic payment. This morning I tried to call and got a message that my plan did not have talk!! This is my only phone and I need to make a call. Can anyone help me?

Thanks for your reply. About a half hour after posting my problem, I tried again and was able to call out! ??

@Ramblin Sounds like Autopay might have failed during your plan renewal. Access selfserve and hit the reactivate option.

Log into your self serve account. Does it say any messages? When was your renewal date? Did payment go through?
