Lost sim chip

Lost my sim chip when getting my phone battery replaced, in Mexico. When I get a new sim chip will I lose my account status?

Using your self serve for this is pretty easy. My coworker had to do it and it was seamless

@jeffnick  - you will not lose your account or phone number when you lose your SIM card.

When you obtain a new card you can have the SIM swapped on your account so that everything gets moved over to the new SIM card.
