I just switched plans and my phone lost all reception. I can't call, text or use the internet. Any advice?

hi @Cy12 there seems to be quite some problem after plan change lately. Probably some system glitches

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on. 
Also check to see there are no outages in your area:

Confirm in self service that your account is Active. Then reboot phone, reset network settings or try sim in another unlocked phone.
