Hi
I lost my sim at home couple of months ago and I am unable to log in to my public mobile self serve account due to the new account log in thing. I try to sign in but it would send the code to my public mobile number which I don’t have access to.
i am paying $$ each month for nothing and I would really like to find a way to deactivate my sim.
any leads please ?
thank you

Thanks a bunch. I have done as suggested. Can you please guide me how do I contact support to have my credit card removed?

@Kay2024 Do you want to keep the plan and account ? If so get a new SIM card from Telus Koodo store . Can also get from Amazon $4.99 and sim card swap the number in profile page
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
but if you just want to cancel the services you can report lost /stolen in profile page also
Report lost phone
And then turn off auto subscribe
Turn auto subscribe off/on
You can also ask support to remove the credit card in file right away too

Hi
so…. Surprisingly, after I posted the message here, I tried to log into my account again and guess what, IT WORKED 😄
it directed me to my account without asking for any code or anything else. I have done the following, please let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done.
1. removed subscription
2. reported lost/stolen and paused the service.
thank you

There's another option, @Kay2024
On the sign-in page, click "Didn't get the code?', then you should see an option to have the code sent to your registered e-mail address.
Give that a try. 🙂
Once you are in to the self-serve account, go to your Subscription tab and turn off the subscription status so your payment card will no longer be charged each renewal.
