Lost my SIM/ couldn’t activate eSIM.

My services are active with public mobile. I cannot remember right if I had eSIM or physical one but right now I cannot activate services on my phone. 
It’s on SOS. Have a new physical sim but cannot update sim from mobile app because it sends verification code to my phone number which I cannot access.

 

tried giving 4 wrong attempts to receive code to email that didn’t work either.

Please help, this is very urgent

hi @Sadhvi 

if you remember your voicemail pin, you can have it send to voice mail using Send Voice Message option.  Then call yourself from another phone, enter * when you hear the greeting and then enter your voicemail PIN

but if that does not help, you will need to ask PM support agent to help to update,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
