Lost eSIM Card?

I ordered and paid for an eSIM for my newer iPhone 14 several weeks ago. I have not received it. Perhaps it's lost. I'm in Ottawa tomorrow and would pick one up at a Public store, not a reseller. Which one should I go to?

eSIM or physical sim? if eSIM, it is install by the app and you get it immediately

if it is physical sim, and if you ahve not receive in several weeks, likely have lost.  You should just go to a Telus or Koodo store and buy a new Public Mobile sim card.  Then use the PM app to update the sim card (login with the same email address you used earlier) 

as to the cost, you can ask PM to reimburse you after
