Lost SIM card before creating an account

I got PM service at Walmart. I lost my SIM card before I created my account (selfserve.publicmobile.ca). 

I received a replacement card from Walmart, but I'm unable to register the card.

When I'm trying to create "My Account", system is texting a verification code to the phone I have no access to. 

Any help?
