Lost SIM card and can't get the 2FA code when I try to log in to my account

I just bought a new SIM card, because I lost the one I had. When I try to log in my account, it keeps asking for the 2FA code, which is sent to my phone number, to which I don't have access, since I lost the previous SIM card! I've tried to resend the code, to type a wrong code, etc to see if there's an option to send this 2FA code to my email instead, but it doesn't work. What can I do about this?

The only thing you can do then is to contact a customer support agent.  Please open a ticket using the chatbot.
