Hi I lost my phone. The new one is in the email. What's the best way to get a new SIM card with my existing number?

It does not give me the option to send code to my email so I cannot login in to my account to report my lost phone.
It will only send to my phone number, which of course is from my lost phone… the circle jerk.

The easiest and quickest way is to pickup a SIM from a Telus/Koodo store for $10 or from Amazon for $4.99 or from Canadian Cell Supplies for $3.99 online or pickup if you are in the Mississauga/Oakville area.
Then login to your account but click on and Resend Code/Didn’t Get Code (2FA) and have it sent to your registered email (might have to do several times) then go to your Profile section and click on Change SIM Card Number.

get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
(If you are unable to login as you don't have a phone to receive the 2FA code: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
