I lost my phone, how can I get a new simcard to use my service in a new device with my same phone number and account? I pay monthly for the service and I want to keep it , this is an emergency phone for a low mobility person, please help.

Get a sim, get a phone, log in to the account (using the email method for the 2fa), change the linked sim for the account to the new one.
