I can't login to my account? Anybody else have issues with this? It doesn't recognize my email address when I do the "Forgot My Password" process

@jodibulthuis try logging into your account at least once per month to avoid this issue

Login is working for me.
Maybe you used a different email or your putting in an extra character by mistake?

Are your services working? If so, while you figure that out, you could do a couple minor things in the 611 service.

Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new window in incognito. You might have to wait 1 hour if too many attempts.
