Is that a specific message about any type of error that shows up?  If there's a message about a password error, there's a password reset option from the Self Serve page (if the password has been forgotten).

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
