Can you advise if you can't login because:

 

  1. you've never created a self-serve account (which would be the case if you activated in-store)
  2. you forgot your username (which was the e-mail used for the activation)
  3. you forgot your password

 

If #1, do so here - create self-serve account

 

If #2, contact moderators here - contact Moderators 

 

If #3, use forgot password here - forgot your password

Have you registered for a Self Serve account? You do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

*611 would be the easiest way to pay if you have a credit card registered on your account until you can get into you Self Serve.

 

If your account/phone number has been suspended for more than 90 days, this means you lost your phone number and account. You will need to obtain a new SIM card to activate a new account.

 

If you have been able to sign in to your Self Serve account previously, they try clearing your browser's cache, and open a tab in incognito mode then try again.

If the "forgot your password" option is not working for you then you will need Moderators to help you to get back in.

First, try the forgot password option on the self serve login page. If that doesn't work, open a ticket by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then type in "password".  

 

if you need to make a payment immediately, you could buy a voucher from a retail store online from a website such as ding.com or recharge.com.  The voucher amount could then be added to your account throguh *611.
