How is it that every time I try to log in to my account my information is always wrong then they send me a code and when I put that in it’s wrong

There have been a lot of downtimes since the new system rolled out. I guess the times that you have wanted to log in have coincided with those downtimes. It has been an appallingly bad, embarrassing roll out. Mostly centred around how old information is being delivered to the browser from the server thereby confusing people as to what is actually going on and causing them to make unknowingly wrong decisions based on the information provided.
Just terrible.

When the issue is resolved later today, please use Incognito mode to login My Account, it will give you less trouble.

The system is under maintenance at the moment. They're aware of it.
