Hello I am trying to log in into my public mobile selfserve but I can't, and I forgot my password and my username,
I tried the forget password but it didn't recognize my email address too.
So how I will be able to login again.
Please let me know as soon as possible
Because I need to make bill payment.

Make sure you are not using the same account that you use for community as your Login, they are different. Also, best way to make sure it goes smoothly is conacting the moderators.

PM self-serve account uses your email address as username.
PM sent you a welcome email after activation. Check your email inboxes for this email from PM if you are using more than one emails.
If you activated your plan in store, you need to create your self-serve account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you activated your plan online, your self-serve account was already created.
Try the "Forgot your password" link on the login page again.

@zwaynerahaf1 Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing allows the process to continue.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
While you wait, you can also use 611 to make your payment( once you know your 4 digit pin):
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.

Ask them for a temporary password.

You could purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge. You would need to submit a ticket to a moderator for further assistance by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

If you have a valid pre-registered payment card then you could use the 611 service. You could also buy vouchers in stores or online and use that too.
Check all your inboxes to make sure which email address you might have used at activation.
