I have set up my account in the app, picked my plan and received my Sim card. When I try to log into my account using verification code, I get sent back to log in. Anyone have a solution to this? Am trying to transfer number and complete setup.

Did you complete step 6?
If you did, you need to leave your old SIM in your phone and reply to the confirmation text from your old carrier confirming you are porting over to PM to complete the porting?
Once completed when old SIM stopped working and switched to the PM SIM. You can login to your account.
If you are still having issues. Dm a CS_Agent.

I did delete and reinstall app but that did not help. I'll start a ticket. Thank you!

@Barney3 An try uninstalling the app and reinstall it see if that helps worst case you cane reach out to support to help
