If you know the email you used the forgot password Rd link should be sufficient but as alps mentioned a CSA can manually do this for you after you answer some verification questions

Did you try an incorrect password too many times if yes wait an hour or so and then try the forgot password. If that fails contact CSA click simon link in footer to begin ticket process
