I had everything ready , I changed my password, than i tried to log in and I was locked out. Please help.

@Deeschmizz What seems to also work well is the following:
- wait 1 hour,
- clear cache and cookies,
- open an incognito tab,
- try logging in again
Failing the above, after waiting the 1 hour, use a COMPLETELY different browser on a different device and try logging in again.

@Deeschmizz Not sure if you want to wait an hour and try with your new created password.
If you waited and still not logging in (or decide not to wait), open a ticket with PM support and have them sort it out:
