I am fully locked out of my account with no way in. There is no customer support? just an ai that doesn't help. I've waited more than three hours multiple times, trying to reset my password. Can someone please contact me

There may be a way to get in. Public Mobile's website is known to have cache issues. If you go to your browser settings, clear your cache then restart your browser and try again. Also, sometimes using the app on the phone is better, at least I found it better.
