What message do you receive? Disabled by chance?
Has the account been active in last 90 days? If not after 90 days the account is closed and deleted.
Have you tried the forgot password link?
You'll have to open a ticket for moderators to look into.
Or send a private message to them at link below.

Clear your browser's cache and open a tab in incognito mode.
Try the "Forgot your password" option.
If still having issues contact the moderators to get you back in.
