Hi, just about an hour ago I purchased my first PM sim card. I got home and went through the process of creating my account/building my plan but when I finished, I went to put in my SelfServe password but it read it as wrong 3 times unfortunately...i'm now locked out of my account and I haven't even got to use my new plan yet. The "forgot my password' option never sent me an email so could I have my password reset on here? Thanks! (would also appreciate help with the SIM card/phone unlocking process as well)

@ImBrady, you will need to PM a MOD and do it now as they are only here for another 15 minutes.
