Wondering if anyone can help. My son was playing with the settings on his iphone and now has a Locked SIM message. He can text but can no longer make calls.
Thanks for your support.

follow instructions as provided above by @hTideGnow and @HALIMACS .
Allow 2 hours to 48 hours for the moderators to respond...usually much less.
Watch the little envelope icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when the moderators do respond.

you use this phone on PM before? It works on PM and just suddenly got this error?
Was it asking for PUK code like above? If so, then just open ticket with Mod
If you never use this phone on PM, first time insert PM SIM and got this error, then post the exact error message. It could be something else

PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, the phone is locked (except for emergency calls) and requires a PUK (Personal Unlock Key) to reactivate it. Only Public Mobile's moderators can give you this type of code. Please follow instructions above to open a ticket with Mod to get an unlock code

If a network reset doesn't work, try removing and reinserting the SIM card.
IF after this, you still don't have FULL services after about an hour, contact Moderators and advise them the PUK details the phone is displaying.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator, then select contact us, then select you need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket, or,
- Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Thanks for your support.
Suggest that he shut phone off for a minute, then restart it to see if that helps. Let us know what plan he has.
Edit...see if he isn't on the $15 plan and he's run outta minutes. If so he can get the $5/500minutes of Canada wide calling add-on. Any unused add-on minutes at renewal, will just roll over until he uses them...even if that takes sveral months or more.
