I am lock out of my account ,i cannot remember my security questions or passwords.

What do i need to do ?

Lockout is temporary. If you find your password written down somewhere, you can try again after one hour. Else you have to contact mods like others said to reset.

If you cannot recall any of the "password reset" security questions, you will need to contact the moderators so they can verify who you are....
