@Mattredwingsfan restart the device that you are using to activate. Wait 50 minutes from last attempt, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card. Stay safe.
Here's 3 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward if you need them:
1.How to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up
2.How to port https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/choose-your-phone-number
3. Refer a friend https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/the-refer-a-friend-reward
You can't port at activation from Koodoo prepaid or PC Mobile. Activate with a temporary cell phone number and contact the moderators and ask them to port it for you. Pease note your previous providers account must be active to port your number. The port will close it once its completed.

@Mattredwingsfan you couldn't have created a self service account without an active SIM card. Log into the self service account and look under the plan section. What number shows up there? Thanks. Stay safe.
