Hi all,
My dad has a 6gb/3 month plan from ages ago. He would like to change it to a newer plan. However, he forgot his login credentials and don't even know what email his account is associated with. How does one go about recovering this information?

Thanks all, my parents ended up finding out the account and it has been resolved.

Hi @JC24,
If your father tried too many times to attempt his password, he might be locked out. He will have to wait about 1 hour for his account to unlock. I would then suggest that he clears his cache in his browser settings and try using an incognito web browser.
He can attempt to retrieve his login details by selecting "Forgot Email or Password". This might help him get back his details.
