Posted on Friday, no replies to that thread or replies from 2 mods that I PM'd
After 15 days I emailed PMI customer service to report the SIM never arrived. Next day it appeared. I'm unable to register the SIM on self service.
June 12th I was told my old account information would be removed so I could register without an issue. Even with another email it doesn't work.

You could also try a completely new registration using a different email address.
