Hi I have been trying to sign in to my account and it won’t let me I would like to pay my bill and continue this service . My account has been locked or something

As to the service, if you do not want to wait for PM support to get back to you on login, you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
