Unless you have a very old Public Mobile sim card from about 4 or 5 years ago, all Public Mobile sim cards have all 3 sizes built in. You would only need to remove the parts that aren't needed or re-attach the pieces that were previously removed (dependent on the size of sim card that your phone needs).

@HappytoRetire Great to hear you've managed to work out the complexities of SIM cards. In the future, we will likely have an eSIM that do not require a physical card! In the meantime, if may be a good idea to keep the different size adapters incase you ever need to use them in an emergency and only have a old phone lying around.

Your ability to troubleshoot the different sim sizes...almost qualifies you as a computer geek !
Welcome to Public Mobile.

Thanks for your share. Here's an article from Public Mobile regarding SIM cards:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/get-a-sim-card
At the moment, you can order it from Amazon for $6.99
Also some shops (like Public Mobile Kiosks, WalMart, London Drugs) have been known to throw in the SIM card for free when you activate a new plan in-store.

Here's an old post to read thru:

Yah, it's nearly impossible for any carrier to keep up with the device released,
However, I'm surprised no carrier has implemented a script to auto retreive results from reputable websites like GSMArena or Frequency Checker.
Type in your model number, and click here to find out if your phone works.... something like that, would be simple, and easy.
But then again, with how corporations are ran, they'll probably think it'll cost them $100,000 to make it work, where it might take a programmer a couple weeks only.

Yes, it's unlocked. I didn't see it on the compatibility list but read elsewhere it's good. Just wanted to see if anyone has one

Is the phone unlocked? Was it purchased recently from a provider?
Even though CRTC mandates that all phones come unlocked, some carriers will lock the phones for first 3 months unless requested by consumer, as a 'protection' to the consumer.
