Koodo porting Issue

Hi

 

I have been trying to port my wife's Koodo number all day.  It keeps saying I am not authorize to do so even though I am the main owner.  I needed a moderator to help yesterday for my number, I am hoping I can get some assistance today again.  Because of this good deal I know the moderator is working extra hard.  Just want to ask who's available to help today.  Thank you in advance.

Hey @ay2wong,

 

Try this: Make sure the number to port field is blank.  

First, click the box that says something like "I am authorized ..."  and then enter the number you wish to port and check.
