I started the process now but I’m not sure why it hasn’t transferred service yet I typed yes to the text but I still have service on my old sim an don’t know why
an they sent a number if I can’t verify through text but their only available at 8am now what do I do

Did you pass the payment section, and get charged for the Public Mobile SIM card activation?
Is your account currently ACTIVE? You can only port your Freedom number over to Public Mobile when it is active.
If it is active, then keep the Freedom SIM card inside the device, as you should receive a text to approve the port over.
It can takes 2-3 hours to complete a cell phone port. Incoming calls are normally the last to port over.
I will send you the Porting Phone number, if this goes on past a few hours, than give them a call.
