I'm new client. I have never got incoming calls yet. What's the reason would be?

was the timestamp of the text from your prior provider more than 90 minutes ago?
ADDING: if so, I’ll private message you a number you can call to complete the porting. To get it, tap the envelope icon, upper right when you see a little red number, that’ll be my message.

How new are you? You have 90 minutes from the time of starting the transfer. Otherwise you'll need to call a number to re-start the transfer.

Did you try to transfer a number from another provider? If so then did you leave your old sim in a phone to confirm the transfer?
