It is not processing my credit card but it is showing on my credit card statement for $0 so it is trying but not working. I call my credit card company and they said there shouldn't be a problem. My postal code matches the account and card as well.

@mercedesherron , are you saying you successfully added your credit card but the system is not able to take funds from it? Do you live in an apartment? The unit number field needs to be left blank. I usually do a manual $1 top up following a credit card change. Sometimes, credit cards are blocked if there's too many failed attempts to use it. Only the moderator team can correct that.

Make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statment.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.
