Issue with sms

I have changed my mobile operator about week ago. From e-sim to e-sim, everything works fine except sms (send and receive). I can do a call and have data. I accept all messages from my old operator. Now I have full services from my old operator and all services from Public mobile except sms. What should I do?

I have called them and after waiting and listening music about 20 mins we could find the issue and solved it. Thanks again.

hi @Toumanian if you still have service with old carrier? then porting not completed 

Call the porting team and they can advise the status. I will message you the number to your Community inbox
