Hi I purchased a SIM and went through all the steps to activate, only to get an error screen. Now my sim is not valid. Anyone have any thoughts?

To add to what was said above @Carniam When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).
Here's 3 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward if you need them:

Wow are you guys quick. I appreciate all the feedback. I’ve checked my card and it did not go through yet. I did attempt to put it in my phone, though received no service. I will follow your advice and try again in 1 hour. Thanks again.

Sometimes it takes one to two hours for it to activate.

@Carniam If you were able to go through the payment step, please make sure if the transaction went through or not. If it did, there is a chance activation went through partially. If you did not get charged, try again in an hour or so, but this time using incognito/private browsing mode to minimize errors.

Hi, if you received an error on your first attempt, the sim is likely still locked under that attempted session. Please wait one hour before trying again.
If you received an error on the very last step after you entered your payment info, then yes the activation may have completed. You should try using the sim on your phone and logging into your account.

@Carniam Try the sim in your phone does it connect to the Public Mobile Network? If yes, then your card was activated. If no, then you need to wait for an hour and then try activating again.

Hi It's probably locked in the old session
First check if your credit card was charged
If yes try using it, then try logging in
If not wait for an hour clean cache and try again in incognito mode
