I’ve been trying to transfer my number and it says I need to contact support. I use the chat bot, the ticket I tried to submit kept erroring out, troubleshooted to no avail. I try to contact them through private message, CS_AGENT isn’t an actual name it allows me to put in as a sender. Only CS comes up which isn’t CS_AGENT. Can anyone help? I’m at my wits end and I already paid for my plan but can’t use the phone haha :,)
