Hi My husband has a public mobile account. Hasn't logged in in a while. Reset his password successfully but when trying to login, it keeps saying password is incorrect.

@Corinne2 - Maybe you should try resetting cookies? Also try using another browser / device to log in. Also use incognito / secret / private mode if none help.
