Is text offer from 5474 legit?

I received a text message from 5474 saying that I can upgrade my plan to a 5G 75GB Canada-US-Mexico plan with 1000 international long distance minutes for only $35/month.  I would like to know if that'a a spam or real. 

I checked the PM website and they only have similar plan 60GB for $35 and 80GB for $45.  There is no 75GB plans.

@AnnaLam  yes it's legit. It's been going for about 1 week now. Expires March 18. If you need it get it! Good deal. But if you don't really need it, not really worth it.

But keep in mind that you might not be able to get your exact plan back if you change your mind later.

Yes. It is legit. Special offer for certain existing customers to encourage them to upgrade to more expensive plan.

Just be aware that if you accept, it will be extremely unlikely that you will ever be able to downgrade to a cheaper plan.
