Ipossible to proceed to payment

@CS AGENT:  I'm trying to pay my monthly plan but it 's been telling my for 2 days '' Sorry, we can't proceed your payment, try later''. So then I try to submit a ticket, and it tells me ''there seems to be a problem with the ticket submission''... Come on now!

Thanks again, but no, there is no problem with my credit card.

I tried to add funds to my account, and the link sends me to to that stupid chatbot. 

I opened a ticket (I think...) with the link you provided me, but then again, who knows where it's gonna end up

@Cat4cat   still given you an error to pay via CC?  Maybe the CC has expired, and you need to update it?

Again, you can buy a voucher and load via *611 to get the service resume first (if it is suspended now)

but best is to open ticket with support and have them to confirm

Thanks for your reply. I have a pin number and I have try to pay via *611 but it doesn't go anywhere.

@Cat4cat   do you know your 4 digits account pin?  If so, you can try to pay via *611

If you don't have the account PIN and you need to pay urgently, get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug and then load the voucher using *611 (no account PIN required)

Also, since you have tried that for couple days, best to get support to confirm what is wrong with the account or CC.  Please message them here:
