Invalid sim

Bought a Sim card at wow today and it's telling me invalid Sim. Was trying to take advantage of your promotion that ends today. Is there any way that you can help

@Tamtam88  @computergeek541  has the right answer..? Were you trying to activate and had to start over? Wait one hour clear your browser and use secret /incognito mode preferably using chrome or Firefox. Start again. Don't use the back button. Copy your billing address exactly from your credit card statement. Leave the apt/unit box empty and do not use a space in the postal code box. Use ALL CAPS if necessary.

On the activation website, this message means that the number isn't of a sim card that Public Mobile has ever sold/had made, or that the sim card has been used before.  The message also shows when someone tries to activate the Public Mobile service but clicks the back button to correct something. The invalid message goes away after about an hour after that.

Promotion doesn't end until midnight MONDAY night (eastern time zone) so you have some time still.

@Tamtam88 start by removing the Sim number from the public forum. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the post and click edit.  Did you go thru the activation and was your credit card charged?
