I started to activate the card but didn't complete the setup. Then I got it at that screen and later tried to go back into activate that card on a different email account now when I try to put in the SIM card number it comes up as invalid. Please help!

I used incognito mode and it worked. Thanks for the help guys

Hi @Lucas678 , was it more than one hour in between attempts? Since the time you posted this, now try again.
Have you been since successful?
Do you have any services...texting, calling?
If you still get invalid SIM message (NOTE you will receive this message if you are timing out in the activation process) try logging into your SELF SERVCE account with the 1st email you tried.

@Lucas678 check to see if your credit card was charged. If it was insert your SIM into your phone and try to log into your self service account.
If it wasn't, wait 50 minutes from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card.
