I cannot get internet connection, we have checked all settings and are correct

it seems like the data has not been activated 

can u help me

If, mobile data, @Mmc1941 :

 

  • Log in to your Self Serve↗ profile and check if your account is active and your plan still has data available. If you are out of data, consider purchasing a data add-on.
  • Toggle Off/On airplane mode.
  • Restart your device.
  • Manually select our network on your device network settings.
  • Test your SIM card on a different device.

I'll ask the obvious question.

 

Are you asking specifically about Wi-Fi -or- mobile data?

Ensure WIFI is enabled/turned on your device.

 

For Data ensure your data toggle is enabled:

How to turn on Mobile Data

 

Do a RESET of your Network Settings on your device.

 

If you try your SIM in another phone do you get WIFI or Data then?

1.  Login to your self-serve account.

What is the plan details on your account?

 

2.  If you are using a LG phone, you need to reset the network setting on your LG phone before your data working again.

 

3.  What is the data usage line on your overview page after login?

My plan has 250MB data per cycle and my data usage line is showing that I used 129.565 MB out of 250 MB on my plan.

250 MB at 3G speed
129.565   250 MB

If you don't see the data usage line, you had used all data for your current cycle.

@Mmc1941  is this a new activation?  How long you have activate?  Has data ever work?

 

how about incoming call or outgoing calls?

 

What kind of phone is that?  If it is LG , you might have to factory reset your phone for it to work.  It is know that there might be more work for LG.    (you have to do factory reset as well as checking APN settings) 

 

Also , even if it is not LG ,   have you check the APN settings?
