Hi. My plan indicates I have 400 international minutes and unlimited international text. Does that only work when I call or text from Canada to the US. Currently I'm in the US and unable to call or text.thanks

You can only call or text within Canada and will need one of several roaming plans to do so in the US.

The noted features are only available for use while in Canada. A roaming add-on is needed if you want to use the phone in the US.
